I wonder my drive has a folder that can not be deleted and can not be opened with a station app I have researched it and the main solution is to format the disk but I not sure if it will work properly or it will be discovered if i format the disk because i know it has a system file that makes it be detected by the drive app or when you connect the app to the phone it will ask you to download the app it will be deleted even when you format the disk.
